BREAST LIFTING WITH MAMARY IMPLANT

It is performed in those patients with sagging breasts whose volume does not reach the normal size or desired by the patient. It consists of the placement of a breast implant in a subfacial or subglandular plane and the removal of excess skin and elevation to a more harmonious position of the aero-melanoma complex. The greater the degree of skin surplus, the greater the scar.

Depending on the degree of fall, the resulting scar can be from a periareolar incision, a periareolar incision plus a vertical to the submammary groove or a periareolar, vertical and horizontal incision in the submammary (J-shaped or inverted-T) groove. This procedure is performed under anesthesiologist-controlled intravenous sedation and complete monitoring.
